Overlooking ocean and hills, expect to be nourished and refreshed by tranquil surroundings and daily yoga, meditation and relaxation on the Sheep’s Head peninsula.
Friday evening – arrive, have a delicious vegetarian dinner, followed by a gentle evening practice yoga and meditation.
Saturday – early morning meditation followed by breakfast. Then rise and shine with a morning of more invigorating yoga, with meditation and yoga nidra (relaxation). There is free time in the afternoon for walking or rest. An early evening meditation before dinner, then after dinner some chanting, restorative yoga and relaxation so you sleep deeply.
Sunday – the morning will be the same as Saturday. After lunch we will have a closing meditation and yoga nidra.
