Eagle
Point Camping: Activities, Attractions and Local Area
Eagle Point
Camping's safe and sheltered coves are ideal for water sports:
swimming, sailing, windsurfing,
kayaking ...
A slipway on site makes for easy boat launch. Fishing and
boating in the bay and on local rivers and lakes.
As we do not have a rental facility, bring your water sports
equipment with you. They will be well used!
And.... should you just want to try your hand at some other
activity, there are several Water Sport Centres in the region. |
|
Eagle Point is ideally located to explore the peninsulas of West Cork
and South Kerry.
West Cork has wonderful walking.
WALKING
From Eagle Point Camping there are many choices... from
evening strolls out along the peninsula or easy rambles along
Ballylickey's back roads to more demanding routes on the local
hills.
